  • Hank Fisher Properties (HFP) is one of Sacramento’s leading residential property developers and managers.
  • Nancy and Hank Fisher founded the company in Sacramento 32 years ago in 1979.
  • The firm manages one commercial and 19 rental properties in six northern California cities, including 10 in the Sacramento area, three properties in the city of Gridley, two each in Willits and Sonoma and one each in the cities of Oakdale and Rio Dell.
  • Two specially designated properties in Sacramento are the Clarendon House in historic Old Sacramento and the Seventeenth and N Streets apartments, a preserved art deco building.
  • In the Seventies, Mr. Fisher developed some of Sacramento’s first full-service senior housing. Hank Fisher Properties maintains a focus on and is known for elegant senior living with lavish amenities and quality services.
  • In the Sacramento area, the company has four full-service senior communities, three of which are licensed to provide assisted living, as well as one HUD-subsidized, affordable community.

  • The Chateau on Capitol Avenue in midtown provides independent and assisted living as well as TLC Suites for healing, rehabilitation and hospice.

  • Following Mr. Fisher death in 2006, Nancy Fisher became the company’s President and Ginny Reefer became CEO.
