Mrs. Nancy Fisher, President & CEO
Mrs. Fisher has been an integral part of the business since the company’s inception, as Hank’s partner and confidant. She also lends her exquisite taste and interior design skills to each of the company’s properties, making every design decision from the color scheme to the selection of carpet, furniture, artwork, accessories and landscaping. A native Californian, she was born in San Francisco and raised in Santa Cruz. She graduated from the University of Oregon, Eugene, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing. Mrs. Fisher is a member of the Salvation Army’s Sacramento Metro Advisory Board, Leadership Council for UC Davis, Los Amigos of the Sacramento Children’s Home, the Junior League and the Sacramento Pioneer Association. She also is an avid golfer and competitive bridge player.
Mrs. Ginny Reefer, CPM®, Vice President- Senior Housing , Chief Executive Officer and Vice President-Property Management
Mrs. Reefer, who began working for Hank Fisher Properties in 1984, has oversight responsibility for all of the company’s properties. Among these are four full-service premier retirement communities, a HUD-subsidized affordable senior community, independent apartments for seniors and multi-family housing. Mrs. Reefer has her real estate license, an Associates of Arts degree in gerontology from American River College and certification from the State of California as an administrator of assisted living communities. She also has earned the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM®) with the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Mrs. Susan White, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President-Administration
Mrs. White has helped steer Hank Fisher Properties’ financial course since joining the firm in 1990. She was named controller in 1993 and achieved the title of Vice President of Administration in 2004. Raised in Miami, Florida, Mrs. White studied accounting at the University of South Florida and gained work experience as a bookkeeper prior to moving to California. Mrs. White oversees the administration of all corporate accounting and human resource policies and procedures.
