The 17th and N Streets Apartments were originally constructed in 1938 in the art deco style. The city wanted to preserve them so it augmented financing for a renovation completed in 2001 by Hank Fisher Properties. The entire building was moved three blocks and placed atop a newly constructed floor of garages and additional apartments.

The building now has 18 total apartments. Eight are vintage bedroom units measuring from 684 to 775 square feet. Rents for these start at $750 per month. Each boasts a completely unique layout.

In the newer part of the building, there are six one-bedroom apartments ranging from 750 to 780 square feet. Rent starts at $1090 monthly. And, there are four one-bedroom lofts that range from 1,061 to 1,093 square feet. Rents for these unique units start at $1200.

Some garage parking is available and there are washers and dryers in several apartments.
