Rio Dell Apartments are located along the Eel River in the heart of the redwoods. The city lies seven miles south of the City of Fortuna in Humboldt County, nearly 250 miles from Sacramento along Highway 101 between Ukiah and Eureka.

The complex consists of 11 buildings, five are single stories, while six are two stories. There are a total of 48 apartments available, including 16 one-bedroom floor plans, whicha measure about 800 square feet; 24 two bedrooms, about 950 square feet; and eight three-bedrooms, which are about 1100 square feet.

Basic rents are as follows:

$590 for one-bedroom
$635 for two-bedrooms
$700 for three-bedrooms

However, rental assistance is available for eligible low-income residents through the U.S.D.A. Rural Development or the Rental Housing Community Programs.
