Hank Fisher Properties is a residential property management company that specializes in senior living. As a property manager, the company oversees the operation of apartment communities by setting up systems and maintaining oversight of all management functions, including leasing, employee and tenant relations, marketing and overall maintenance.

Throughout its 30+ years in business, Hank Fisher Properties has managed senior living apartment communities. As this industry has grown and changed, Hank Fisher Properties has expanded its expertise and become a leader in the field. Currently Hank Fisher Properties operates four full-service retirement communities in the Sacramento area. Three are licensed assisted living communities, two of which also offer memory care for those with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.

The company was a founding member of California Assisted Living Association (CALA), the professional trade association devoted to the betterment of Assisted Living. The Association provides leadership, advocacy and education to member providers of this licensed long-term care option. Hank Fisher Properties was selected from over 450 providers statewide and honored with the Association’s Innovations in Quality Award for developing a comprehensive disaster plan, formatting it as an adaptable template, and offering it to any interested retirement community.
