River’s Edge, in the Campus Commons neighborhood, offers an exceptional lifestyle to independent seniors.

The Chateau at River’s Edge shares gated and landscaped grounds with River’s Edge and is known for its quality independent and assisted living as well as its memory care program, The Garden.

The Chateau on Capitol Avenue offers luxury independent and assisted living in midtown Sacramento in the same neighborhood as Trinity Church, Biba’s Restaurant and Sutter Hospital. It specializes in TLC Suites where tender loving care is provided to short-term or temporary guests who are healing or rehabilitating from a disease, surgery or other medical procedure as well as to those receiving hospice care.

The Chateau at Carmichael Park offers two distinct types of senior living: 1) affordable apartments for independent seniors; and 2) memory care for seniors with cognitive difficulties as a result of Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s disease, heart attacks and other causes. Residents of The Garden memory care make their home with us and receive a full-range of services, including meals, housekeeping, activities and such personal care as medications management and assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming. In addition, The Club Carmichael Park is a daytime memory care program where seniors with memory loss receive care and participate in meaningful activities while their loved ones take a break from caregiving responsibilities.
